Made by running a pure 100% cacao liquor through stone-grinders, this is deep and rich chocolate with no sweetener. For the purist, this mineral and antioxidant-rich bar is truly the Food of the Gods. Great for drinking, baking, and for cooking both sweet or savory dishes. Try a few pieces in your next batch of chili or gravy!
Ingredients: Cacao, cacao butter.
May contain traces of coconut sugar, raw cane sugar, vanilla pod, sea salt, spicy chili blend, cinnamon, albino cacao. Free of nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, additives, or preservatives.
How to make our drinking chocolate:
- Blender Add 2 rectangles of chocolate to 8oz of hot water, blend for one minute.
- Stovetop Bring 8oz of water to a boil, add 2 rectangles of chocolate and stir continuously until chocolate is melted and blended into the water.
- Experiment Use your favorite warm milk or milk substitute rather than water. Play with your favorite sweeteners and spices like cinnamon, vanilla, coffee, ginger, orange zest, sea salt, or chiles. Mushroom and herb powders can add a supportive boost!
