Pacific cod has a mild, slightly sweet flavor, and a firm but flaky texture. Cod Loin is thicker and more succulent than a filet, cut from behind the head to the dorsal fin. Extremely versatile, cod is delicious baked, fried, poached or sautéed. Sustainably harvested, wild caught, and processed in the USA (Alaska).
