This is a certified organic, minimal intervention, natural process coffee from the Yirgacheffe District of Ethiopia. Produced by Takele Mammo Denbi, the former managing director of the Yiragacheffe Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union, the flavor profile is fruit forward without being overt. It is delicately floral and clean, yet complex with a pleasing texture, and reminds us of candied hazelnuts, big cherries, and strawberry jam.
