Delicata Squash

This beautiful squash has a thin skin, similar to summer squashes like yellow squash, which means preparing and eating a Delicata is much easier than many other winter squash! The most common way to prepare Delicata is to roast it, but it can also be stuffed or cubed and added to dishes.
