Baby Butternut Squash

A new specialty variety known as "898" bred by Row 7 Seeds. Beautiful texture and flavor. Excellent for roasting, steaming, baking, or making into soup. 

Staff notes: If you see green lines running down the squash from the stem, your squash isn't yet ripe! Let them sit out until the lines disappear, then your squash is ripe.
