
Made with Backlot's Tabletop organic Ethiopian blend. It consists of one type of bean from the Worka Chelbesa co-op. The beans are processed in 2 different ways. First, the washed component brings out some higher bright acids, and delicate floral qualities. This is balanced with the natural component, which has a heavier, silky body, and deep sweet red berry acid. Together they make a caramely sweet, fruity, lighter, and refreshing cold brew.
60 day shelf-life if unopened. Once open, we recommend consuming within 7 days.
